Integrated Campaign

Problem: Stores were underachieving due to lack of new customers as retention of current customers was good. The client could not generate enough new customer traffic to the stores. This was after a major new branding effort was completed.

Client called us to develop a strategic communication plan to turn the business around. Using our 6-step process we determined that the issue was lack of brand awareness. We developed a strategic media plan to build awareness identifying key markets. We did this by creating an innovative use of TV, broadcast, streaming, cable and digital on a very tight budget.

Creative messaging was well executed engaging the customer with key persona triggers.
This was combined with a strong integrated in-store presentation, email and social campaigns. 

Result: Early results started at 5-6 x ROI in margin dollars and by Holiday the ROI was 15 times the investment in margin dollar contribution.
